Our goal is to make the design stage as affordable and efficient as possible. The process goes as follows:

1. Receiving the Avatar

Once we collect your Avatar, we begin crafting a design that will perfectly capture its likeness and bring your vision to life. Depending on the complexity of the design and current workload, this step could take 1-3 days.

2. Buyer Confirmation

Before we send the design out to be crafted, we want to make certain it is up to your standards. We will send you an email with the current draft of the design. The first revision is complimentary; however, additional adjustments beyond that may incur a fee of five dollars a revision.

3. Manufacturing
Depending on the detail of your model, this process could take around 10-20 days. Don't worry! Our process is much faster and more cost-efficient than any other custom-plush service you can find (we mean it!)

4. Delivery

After production is complete, and we are satisfied with the result, the plush will be shipped out to your address. Hooray!

To send us your avatar, you have 2 options. You can use both, or only one.

1: USERNAME OR PROFILE LINK:
In the box that says "Username or Profile Link", enter the Username of the desired Roblox profile. Alternatively, you can enter a link to the profile page as well. We will use this to view the avatars *current outfit, and create a design off it.

2. AVATAR UPLOAD:

If you prefer to send in pictures of your avatar, this option exists for you. We need four pictures, from the front, back, left and right side. Preferably, these are screenshots of your profile, not pictures taken of your monitor. If you pick this option, you do not have to enter your profile name or link in the box above. Instead, enter "SUBMITTED IMAGES", or a similar message in the box, as some form of entry is required.

If your avatar is prone to changing, please use the Avatar Upload Feature so we be certain to get it right the first time.
